Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges


Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.  Returns should either be prepaid or it will be deducted from the refund amount prior to issuing the refund.  We advise any packages being returned should have insurance, but it is not mandatory.  Packages are advised to be returned by UPS or FedEx.

Any products to be returned/exchanged are expected to be in “NEW” condition.  Items returned with damages, signs of installation, signs of alteration, etc., will not be accepted as a return and the customer will need to pay for an additional shipping cost to have the items shipped back to them.   Products to be returned must notify CROWN SPEEDLAB USA within 30 days of the invoice date, no products passed 30 days may be returned.  Special order or custom-built items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Any products returned to CROWN SPEEDLAB USA or the manufacturer because the item is undeliverable will be held accountable by the customer.  The customer will be required to pay an additional shipping fee in order to have the items shipped again.  A restocking fee of 25% and return shipping cost will be deducted prior to a refund.

CROWN SPEEDLAB USA will not cover any expense outside of the product (installation, modification, etc.).
